职位介绍

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized behavioral management and learning support services under the supervision of lead behavior therapist, in both school and clinical settings on a 1:1 basis to children with various learning challenges. 


• Select and modify instructional resources to meet the needs of students with varying backgrounds, learning styles, and special needs.

• Provide assistance in group treatment/inter-disciplinary treatment services.

• Keep clients motivated to learn.

• Collaborate effectively with parents, teachers, therapists, and administrators.

• Accurately completes all required documentation and data collection.

• Maintain high level of professionalism including confidentiality. 


• Maintain a flexible schedule with students during school day. 


• Willingness to provide services in a variety of settings.

• Participate in in-service training programs as assigned.


Qualifications

· Have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Psychology or related field (preferred).

· Have a background in Applied Behavior Analysis and/or managing challenging behaviors with children (preferred).

· Have previous experience working with children with special needs (preferred).

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: spoken and written.
