青岛喜安人文教育信息咨询有限公司成立于2015年07月08日，由台湾早期疗育、教练领导力以及儿童康复领域专家共同发起成立，以通过专业协助与资源整合，为儿童与家庭带来喜乐和平安，促进生命尊重与社会和谐为企业宗旨。
    Qingdao Inner Peace and Happiness Education Information Consulting Co., Ltd. (Xi’an)was established in July 8, 2015, co-founded by Taiwan early intervention, leadership and coaching and experts in the field of rehabilitation of children .Through professional assistance with the integration of resources, to bring joy and peace to children and families, promote respect for life and social harmony for business purposes.
     喜安人文以企业的思维激活心智障碍服务产业为己任，以早期疗育政策倡议、方案推广、专业训练、家庭及个案服务、学术及实务交流为工作重点，用现代的科学管理方式提升公益行为的信度与效度。协助各类发展迟缓儿童及其家庭进行早期疗育工作，向早期疗育相关人员提供训练课程（包括家长领域，儿童领域，以及特教从业人员的职前职中培训及职后的继续教育培训），促进国内外发展迟缓儿童早期疗育各专业人员的业务交流联谊会和跨专业个案讨论研讨会的达成。
    Xi’an take the throry of enterprise to activate mental disorder service industry as its mission, including early intervention and education policy initiatives, programs promotion, professional training, family casework service, academic and practical fexchanges , enhance the reliability and validity of the public behavior with modern scientific management methods.Assist all kinds of families and their children with developmental delay to do the early intervention and education work, provides training courses for early intervention and education stakeholders (including parents , children, as well as continuing education and training employees in special education about pre-sevice and post-sevice), to promote the exchange of domestic and foreign in all kinds of developmental delay fieled and reach the discuss of cross-disciplinary case.

    自2015年12月开始，我们已经在中国北京、山东、河南、江苏、吉林、广东、海南等省份举办了多次关于自闭症及脑瘫儿童的课程，包括语言治疗、达尔克罗兹音乐治疗、融合教育、以及大龄身心障碍者的职业重建课程，将海外先进的殊教育理念和技术源源不断地引入大陆，供应给需要的机构，与此同时谋求与行业内知名NPO机构的合作，承接政府公益服务项目，与高校筹建自闭症儿童实验基地等。相信在2016年下半年能将服务带到更广阔的省市地区，包括新疆及甘肃等偏远地区，服务更多的身心障碍者、特殊教育从业者及相关家长。
    Since December 2015, we have been held a number of courses on autism and cerebral palsy children, in Beijing,,Shandong, Henan, Jiangsu, Jilin, Guangdong, Hainan and other provinces in China, including Speech therapy, Dalcroze music therapy , Inclusive education and older disabilities Occupational reconstruction program, to introduce the advanced special education concepts and technologies from overseas to the mainland China for the organizations Special education schools or the parents who needs continuously, while seeking cooperation with well-known NPO organizations to undertake government public service projects, to corperate with  University to build experimental base of autistic children,ets.We believe that in the second half of 2016 we able to serve a wider area of provinces, including Xinjiang, Gansu and other remote areas, serving more disabled ,special education employees and parents.
